1. Booking Process- All bookings must be made through our official booking system, email or direct message
- (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
- A date is only secured once a non-refundable deposit is received.
- Upon confirmation, you will receive a detailed summary of the service, date, time, location, and any additional requirements.
- Bridal bookings require signing a bridal agreement and paying a retainer fee.
2. Bridal Preview Appointment- Bridal previews (trials) are highly recommended and usually scheduled 2-6 months prior
- to the wedding date.
- The preview includes a full consultation and makeup application to finalise your bridal look.
- Trials are charged separately and do not guarantee the wedding day unless the booking is
- confirmed with a deposit.
3. Consultation- All clients are encouraged to disclose any skin conditions, allergies, medications, or
- sensitivities during consultation.
- Consultations may be conducted in person, via phone or virtually (depending on the service.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate and honest information to ensure a safe and effective service.
4. Travel & On-Location Services- Travel within 20 miles of my location is included in the pricing.
- Travel outside this range will incur a travel fee, based on distance and time.
- Additional charges may apply for accommodation (for early morning or destination
weddings), congestion zones, parking and tolls.
5. Payment Terms- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the service date.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, card or other methods as outlined in your invoice.
- For group or bridal bookings, one person must act as the primary contact and is responsible for total payment.
6. Cancellation Policy- Cancellations must be made in writing via email or message.
- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellations made within 1month of the appointment will result in the full balance being payable.
- Rescheduling is permitted once with at least 3 months’ notice and subject to availability.
7. Late Fees & Delays- Punctuality is crucial. A £10 late fee per 15 minutes may apply if the client or bridal party is not ready at the agreed time.
- If the artist is delayed due to unavoidable circumstances, the client will be contacted immediately.
- If delays are caused by the client, service quality may be affected or shortened.
8. Emergencies & Force Majeure- In the unlikely event that the artist is unable to attend due to illness, accident or emergency, a replacement artist will be arranged (if possible) or a full refund will be issued for any services not rendered.
- We are not liable for cancellations due to force majeure events including but not limited to weather, pandemic restrictions, or acts of God.
9. Contact & Communication- Official communication should be made through email, WhatsApp or our website contact form.
- Enquiries will be responded to within 24–48 hours during business hours.
- Please keep all communications professional and respectful.
10. Location Requirements- The client is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and well-lit space for the makeup application.
- Access to a table/work surface and a power outlet is required.
- If the space is unsuitable, we reserve the right to refuse service on the day.
11. Allergies & Medical Conditions- All products used are of professional quality and are sanitised between uses.
- The client must inform the artist of any known allergies or skin sensitivities prior to the service.
- The artist is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin issues that occur after the application if no prior warning was given.
12. Timings- A clear schedule will be provided based on the number of people and services booked.
- Each makeup service typically takes 45–90 minutes depending on the style.
- The client agrees to adhere to the timeline provided, especially for group or bridal bookings.
13. Media Release- We may take photographs or short videos before, during or after the session for use on our social media, portfolio, or marketing materials.
- Please let us know in writing before your appointment if you do not consent to having your image used.
14. Client ObligationsThe client agrees to:- Arrive on time or be ready for the service at the agreed time.
- Ensure their face is clean and free from makeup unless otherwise agreed.
- Provide a suitable location and working conditions.
- Communicate respectfully and professionally at all times.
15. Additional Information & Services- Touch-up kits may be available upon request or included in certain bridal packages.
- Additional services such as lashes, tattoo cover-ups or 1:1 makeup training can be added for an extra fee.
- Packages, pricing and services are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.
16. Legal & Liability- We are fully insured for professional makeup artistry in the UK.
- We are not responsible for any damage to clothing or personal property during makeup application.
17. Acceptance of Terms- By booking a service, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
